This corner of cyberspace is authored by Shawn Gray, a Canadian ex-pat who has been living in Japan since 1997. Shawn grew up in a small town of 3,500 and has been living for many years now on the edge of a bulging metropolis of 27 million.

A deeply philosophical person, Shawn’s interests are anything but orthodox and this applies to his 3 main pursuits: Bujinkan martial arts, Western esoteric spirituality and a cool business in the health and wellness industry.
